This design-build portfolio is shaped by the effortlessdesign theme of expressive minimalism. Design principles and code requirements are included in ordinary repairs and budget conscious design/build projects. Building with simple means are valued by small businesses and community groups. Sustainability and reuse is featured throughout these videos - it's how we make it.
ENGINEERING
This is an area of the market place where we currently serve advanced tech companies in automation, process and safety. We design with CAD modeling, and use Product Data Management (PDM) for tracking designs and documentation. We use this experience to plan for and implement a variety of MEP & automation systems for home and small-business. Click below to see these.
CONSTRUCTION
Construction proceeds at different speeds, but either way the scope of work needs to be spelled out in agreements. We do that. Repairs or a makeover proceed in a timely fashion, but complex projects need more planning and communication. When effortlessdesign is your design/build partner, our work is not complete until the work is publish-ready and client has signed off.
